In 2010, Magyar Telekom started a large-scale IT transformation. The “Pillangó” Project in 2010-2013 was one of the largest IT projects in Central-Europe, aiming to consolidate billing and CRM systems used by the company.
ITware, as one of Telekom’s most important billing and CRM developers, is one of the 5 largest home delivery companies involved in the project. Our colleagues with a high level of business and technical expertise, work from business analysis to planning, solution delivery and testing to the “Pillangó” project. The ultimate goal of consolidation is to integrate the various systems that operate separately from fixed and mobile services into a single CRM and billing system, thus making Magyar Telekom’s customer management processes significantly more efficient. Thanks to continuous professional training and the experience of participating in various processes, the “Pillangó” Project further enhances and deepens the skills of our staff.
