Mobile billing and customer service system

ITware specialists have been involved in developing Telekom’s new brand. Jazz experts, as members of the DXC development team, using Telekom’s mobile billing and customer service system know-how and codes, have established a fixed line Telekom CRM and billing solution for less than a year, connected to Telecom’s existing wireline network infrastructure, and DXC front-end and middleware layers to perform the necessary functions. Tester colleagues have also been involved in testing both back-end and front-end features. The development is ongoing with another smaller number of staff.
